the Sinhala an Hindu New Year yesterday (14), Sri Lanka Navy opened fire on two Sea Tiger boats and sank one of them. The other boat was taken into the custody of the Navy.
Three bodies believed of Lt. Colonel Karna, Waran and another were recovered from the boat that was taken into custody. A 12.7 mm anti-aircraft weapon, one M. P. M. G. weapon, a revolver and a large stock of explosives and dry rations were also recovered from the arrested boat.
