Obama: Europe faces greater terror risk

Europe is more vulnerable to terrorist attack than the United States, President Barack Obama said Friday as he arrived in France for a two-day NATO Summit. Afghanistan is set to be the main item on the agenda at the summit with Obama calling on other NATO members to take on a greater role.
